Corned Beef And Cabbage With St. Patrick’s Day coming up this is a good time to share our (very simple) recipe for corned beef and cabbage. Ingredients: 3 to 4 pound corned beef brisket with spice packet 3 carrots, cut in 3 inch pieces 2 medium onions, quartered 4 small red potatoes, quartered Small head of cabbage, cut in wedges In a slow cooker cover meat with water, with carrots, onions and potatoes on bottom. Add contents of spice packet. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, adding the cabbage wedges for the last two hours.

Ever have trouble figuring out what to do with leftover roasted meat from your Sunday dinner? I tend to buy fairly large roasts (less money per ounce usually) but sometimes struggle to serve all the leftovers creatively. We knew this as Chotti or Barik Methi, the world today calls it as a micro-green super food. You Need: Chicken, preferably boneless thigh meat. Cut into bite sized pieces. Chotti Methi.
