How to Make Crack Corn Casserole:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add butter to the pan.
When the butter is melted, add the corn and saute until the kernels are softened.
Add the cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
Add the ranch seasoning and bacon to the pan and stir to combine.
Remove the pan from heat and stir in one cup of shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted.
