After using Buffalo sauce yesterday I decided to finally try a recipe my fiancée suggested a while back. The Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo burger. This burger is made with Buffalo meat, topped with mozzarella from Buffalo milk, and Buffalo sauce. This recipe is keto friendly but doesn’t need to be.
Starting out here are my ingredients. A pound of Buffalo, Noble Made Buffalo sauce, keto buns and Buffalo mozzarella. I picked the Buffalo and cheese at Natural Grocers. I used Wild Idea brand Buffalo and Buf cheese.
I skipped any type of seasoning for them. I do this because my philosophy is that I want to know what something tastes like pure before I start adding a ton of different things to it. I put each patty on my George Forman grill for about 5 minutes flipping it at 2 and a half minutes.
After I cooked it, I put the patty on a keto bun. Sliced a piece of the cheese and spread the Buffalo sauce. I decided to keep the recipe plain for the trial run but you’re free to put whatever toppings you want on it. Overall it turned out well, Buffalo is a meat I highly recommend.
