Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef, Venison, or Turkey
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 10 3/4 Oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Bag of Egg Noodles
- Mushroom Sliced (Optional)
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook meat of choice, onion, and butter until meat is cooked and onion is tender.
- Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and mushrooms.
- Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from Heat.
- Stir in Mushroom Soup.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
- Stir in Sour Cream & heat thoroughly.
- Serve over hot, buttered noodles.
