Beef Stroganoff

Serves: 4-6 People

Cook Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef, Venison, or Turkey
  • 1 Medium Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 10 3/4 Oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • Bag of Egg Noodles
  • Mushroom Sliced (Optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook meat of choice, onion, and butter until meat is cooked and onion is tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and mushrooms.
  3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from Heat.
  5. Stir in Mushroom Soup.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
  7. Stir in Sour Cream & heat thoroughly.
  8. Serve over hot, buttered noodles.
  9. Enjoy!
