My Size Reference: I’m short (5’1) and petite, weighing about 110 lbs and athletic build. I typically wear size 0p/25 jeans, XSP/XS in tops and dresses.
Ali-Shaun Size Reference: She’s taller (5’4), with an hourglass shape, small waist and fuller bust. She usually wears a size 8-10 in jeans, and Medium/Medium Petite or size 8 in tops and dresses.
Rhonda Size Reference: Rhonda is our supermodel friend and works with me! She’s 5’9 with legs for days. She typically wears Small or Medium in tops, size 8/29 in jeans.

I have this same uber soft sweater in white and the light pink is a lovely pastel. It’s fuzzy goodness and also nice and warm.

I love a good henley tee for ease of comfort, especially when I’m just hanging at home working at my computer. The buttons are functional and it also looks great layered under a vest.
This one runs large, so you may want to size down. I prefer petite in this brand.

We were both big fans of this cable knit sweater with fun bubble sleeves. That detail on the sleeves gives it another dimension and it fits perfectly TTS.

Another home run outfit is this star sweatshirt, jeans and knee high black boots. The sweatshirt is casual, but with a twist because the stars have sequins on them!
The jeans are the ones we got at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and they are so comfortable and figure flattering. Ali-Shaun appreciates that she can wear them to work because they’re a darker hue without any rips, tears or distressing.
The boots were a hit too! Ali-Shaun got the suede and I got the crocodile. They do run small, so size up half.

This relaxed sweater has a more open neckline and slight balloon sleeves. I also like the casual drop shoulders and pretty soft grey color. It’s a super soft material and has a surprise lattice back.

Ali-Shaun still works in a corporate environment so she needs clothes for the office and zoom calls when she’s working from home. This blouse with the peter pan collar and front bow tie looked so cute on her. She’ll be able to wear it with pants, a skirt or jeans.

For me, I liked this lightweight button down top that looks like you dressed up, but is so easy to wear. It’s a thin knit, but not sheer.

Puff sleeves and straight leg jeans for all my friends! The cool think about this top is that the front is actually a stretchy ribbed knit and the sleeves are a soft t-shirt material. That combo makes the shirt feel a bit more feminine and special.
We also really liked the straight leg jeans by NYDJ. They run long, so you may need a heel or petite length. I think they look great

This sherpa jacket is the ultimate in cozy goodness. It’s got a soft collar, functional buttons and two front pockets. Be warned that it runs really large.

How fun are these corduroy pants?! They’re basically jeans, but in a corduroy material. I love the deep aqua hue for the holidays!
They were several inches too long on me though.

We originally bought this top for Ali-Shaun, but the sleeves were too long on her. It fit Rhonda perfectly though! It’s a gorgeous, feminine blouse with a simple v-neck and sans collar. The subtle pink color and pattern is really pretty in person.

As much as we love sweaters and boots, we always like it when we get to switch it up for activewear. And honestly, it’s what we wear often in real life!
Here, I’m wearing the classic Spanx that never go out of style and a Zella pullover that I’m so smitten with. In fact, I already have this one in light grey and I’m happy to add the dark grey to my collection!
Ali-Shaun is a big fan of LLBean, so it’s no surprise that she liked this pullover with an oversized cowl neck. It has a kangaroo pocket and the plum color looked great on her.
Rhonda is wearing a Sweaty Betty pullover with a high/low hem, side slits and thumbholes.

DRESSES
Ali-Shaun found two dresses that she was crazy for. This first one is a beautiful cobalt blue with petite florals throughout. It has a flirty ruffle trim and 3/4 length sleeves. We agreed it would also look great with tights and booties.
She said it would be perfect for those occasions where she has to go from work straight to a work dinner.
Dress Fit: Ali-Shaun is wearing an 8
While this dress looked darling on Ali-Shaun (she LOVES it and also has it in a cabernet color), it wasn’t the right style for Rhonda. You’ll see on Stories what I’m talking about! 
It’s a crisp cotton midi dress with short sleeves and a hidden button chest. I think it could use an alteration to make it a little shorter, but I’m happy that Ali-Shaun felt so good and confident in it. That’s really what’s important when you get dressed each day.
Even if someone else isn’t a fan of your outfit, as long as you feel great in it and love it, that’s all that matters!
Dress Fit: Ali-Shaun is wearing a Medium
I definitely liked this sweater dress! I thought it might be itchy, but it wasn’t at all. In fact, it’s quite soft and feels great against your skin. It’s got a turtleneck collar, drop shoulder and simple design, with the ribbed knit detail echoed at the neck, sleeves and hem.
STYLE TIP: You can wear it as is, or have fun adding a belt to accentuate your waist or with a puffer vest or even a patterned scarf to bring in some color.

PAJAMAS

GIFT PICK! Now for the ultimate in cozyness- the Barefoot Dreams pajamas and robe! We all oohed and ahhed over these sets and didn’t want to take them off! Ali-Shaun and I are wearing the jogger style pant with a functional drawstring waist and pullover top with a functional tie bottom.
Pajamas Fit : These run large. I’m wearing the XS and they were too big on me- I have the top of the pants folded over underneath the shirt. I wish they came in XXS or petite!

I adore the pattern on the pajamas I’m wearing, but wasn’t crazy about the feel of them. Maybe they’d soften up after a machine wash and dry??
Ali-Shaun’s flannel pajama set has the cutest cocktail glasses on them, functional buttons down the top and pockets. These run large, so I recommend sizing down.
Rhonda’s jammies were our favorite. The jogger bottoms have a cute fair isle print in a deep red/cream color combo with a stretchy waistband and functional tie. The top is henley style with three buttons on top to let your neck breathe a bit!
