University Games welcomes account manager trio to the sales team ahead of Autumn Fair

University Games and The Lagoon Group are strengthening their successful sales team to the tune of three with the appointment of Stephen Woodman, Kim Steward, and Sally Irwin. The triple hire has been made ahead of Autumn Fair next week.

Woodman (pictured left) joins the outfit as account manager for South London and the South East, bringing with him a wealth of industry and and specialist toy knowledge. Woodman spent many years in the industry at Professor Puzzle and Coiledspring Games and most recently heading up Recent Toys. 

Meanwhile, Steward (pictured centre) has been welcomed to the role of account manager for the North of London and the Home Counties. She joins University Games with a cast amount of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The knowledge and sales expertise that Kim brings will be a great benefit to the team.

Completing the trio of appointments is Sally Irwin (pictured right) who will be overseeing The Midlands area. Irwin boasts an impressive portfolio of experience in both the gift and game industries, having previously worked at Carte Blanche and Wow Toys. 

Mark Jones, sales director for University Games believes exciting times lie ahead for the company with the substantial growth of the sales team and is delighted to have them onboard, bringing even greater strength and depth to the business. 

“Stephen, Kim and Sally will be at Autumn Fair next week, along with our entire team, so we would love all our retailers and new customers to come and say hello and have a catch up with us all,” he said. “As many of our customers know we always have a welcoming seat and a few sweets to help with the energy levels too.”
