The Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley school districts are canceling after-school activities because of the forecast snowstorm.
In Boulder Valley, all schools and preschools will be dismissed at their regular time, as will the School Age Care, Preschool Enrichment and Early Connections programs.
St. Vrain Valley’s cancellation includes all athletic practices, home and away games, extracurricular activities, childcare — including Community Schools and Wraparound programs — and school and community events.
The Community Schools programs will remain open until all students are able to be picked up, according to district officials.
No decisions on closures or delays for Wednesday have been made yet in either district.
